Reason #1298 why children are worth keeping around.
Alrighty, let’s see what’s so urgent.
It reads (as written): CONTRACT. I here by make it offical That my son JeremyA.Baxter is allowed to play the Wii six hours a day on any game he wants. If this contract is harmed in any way the legal laws of the house clearly state that this contract is permanet . An further more this legal paper was actually currently signed by Brigdet K.Baxter.
I must have a huge case of pregnancy brain because I don’t remember this contract and I’m positive that as dumb as I look right now I still remember how to spell my own name. I think.
In our house you have to earn video game time. For every chapter you read in an actual book (no comic books) you get 10 minutes of Wii time. He hasn’t touched a book in over a month. Nice try buddy. I love kids!
That cracks me up!!! The things kids think up... hahha!

ReplyDeleteWay to go, BRIGdet... Nice try, buddy! This note is a gem of a keeper!
ReplyDeleteOh, that is too funny! I like how he tried to use legal jargon to make it sound more official.
ReplyDeleteThat is great! I love it!! I like the idea of reading time getting you wii time. We don't have any game systems...but I think I'll steal the idea for tv. Do you mind??
ReplyDeleteOkay, that is hilarious! I was laughing so hard that my husband looked over and asked what was so funny. I let him read it, and his exact words were, "That's AWESOME!"
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny! I love that he signed your name, too :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's great! The other day, my 8 yo, looks at me and says, "Mom, can I play the Wii? I'll pay you."
ReplyDeleteOh, really?? I reply, "How much?" "Um, I was thinking 1 or 2 pennies."
Pennies? Really!
Then turns around the next day and offers his brother $40 to help him clean his room! (I put a stop to that one, too!)
Kids, they crack me up!
Hilarious! Sounds like you have a smart kid on your hands. And a future lawyer at that.
